How it works
- Records. We tell you exactly which documents and images are needed for your question, and you send them securely.
- Translation. Our medical translators prepare the records for the Chinese specialist.
- Expert review. A senior specialist, or a multidisciplinary team for complex cases, reviews the case and answers your questions.
- Your report. You receive a written opinion in your language, together with the original Chinese text. A video call to discuss it can be arranged.
An expert opinion helps you understand your options. Final decisions about treatment should be made together with your treating doctor.

How long does it take?
