Medical fees are paid directly to the hospital. Here is how our own service fees work.
Medical fees go directly to the hospital
All medical fees, including consultations, tests, treatment, medicines and hospital stays, are paid by you directly to the hospital. We do not collect or hold medical fees on the hospital’s behalf.
Our service fees
- The first assessment and hospital suggestions are free.
- Paid services, such as second opinions, appointment coordination, medical escorts and full treatment coordination, have a fee that we agree with you in writing before we start.
- Cancellation and refund terms are set out in your written service agreement.
